Core Mission
Design, launch, and scale university partnerships that convert Claim Academy certificates into college credit and degree pathways.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with provosts, deans, workforce & continuing ed leaders
- Design and negotiate:
- Articulation agreements
- Credit mappings (CPL, transfer, stackable credit)
- Revenue-share models
- Lead pilots with partner universities (first cohort → scale)
- Translate university constraints into executable program models
- Work cross-functionally with curriculum, legal, and enrollment teams
- Build a repeatable partnership playbook
Ideal Background
- 8–15 years in:
- University partnerships
- Online programs (OPMs)
- Workforce or continuing education
Deep understanding of:
- Accreditation realities
- Faculty governance
- Credit systems
- Comfortable selling systems, not courses
Success in 12 Months Looks Like
- 3–5 active university partners
- At least 2 articulated certificate → degree pathways live
- First BS/MS conversions from Claim graduates
Universal Qualifications
• Active, recent industry experience
• Hands‑on use of AI‑enabled tools
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Experience working with adult or career‑changing learners
• Ability to work fully remote
