Job Description:
As a Certification Program Instructor, you will be a vital part of our educational team, guiding students through comprehensive certification courses and helping them succeed in their exams. You will leverage your expertise to create an engaging learning environment, ensuring that students are well-prepared and confident in their abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Excellence: Deliver high-quality instruction for certification courses using diverse teaching methods tailored to students’ needs.
- Student Support: Provide mentorship and individualized support to help students navigate challenges and achieve certification success.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practice exams; offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the program team to refine and update course content to align with industry standards.
- Professional Engagement: Foster a professional and encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to excel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience:
- 2–7 years of experience teaching certification programs
- At least 2 years of direct involvement in preparing students for certification exams with a successful track record
- References:
- Provide contact information for two previous workplaces verifying teaching experience
- Provide contact information for two students who successfully passed certification exams under your guidance
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with certifications such as [e.g., AWS, CompTIA, PMP, or similar programs].
- Experience with online teaching models and tools.
