Position Overview:
Claim Academy is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) & HubSpot Business Instructor to deliver hands-on training in CRM systems, focusing
on HubSpot certification. The instructor will also guide students on how to leverage their new
skills to launch and grow their own business as HubSpot administrators, consultants, or
freelancers. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about teaching others to succeed
both technically and entrepreneurially.
Key Responsibilities:
● Teach in-person classes at Claim Academy, covering all key aspects of CRM systems
with a focus on HubSpot, including setup, automation, customer management, and
reporting.
● Prepare students for HubSpot certification, offering in-depth, practical instruction on
CRM administration, HubSpot tools, and best practices.
● Guide students through the steps of starting their own CRM consultancy or freelance
business, including business setup, legal structures, and essential operational
workflows.
● Instruct students on how to find clients and market their services, including utilizing
networking, online platforms, and strategic partnerships.
● Provide training on digital marketing strategies to help students promote their services
using HubSpot’s tools, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
● Teach effective strategies for pricing and packaging CRM services, focusing on how
to create value-based, retainer, or project-based pricing structures.
● Support students in developing business plans, building a client base, and growing a
professional brand as HubSpot administrators or CRM consultants.
● Mentor students on how to manage client relationships, deliver high-quality CRM
solutions, and maintain client satisfaction.
● Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching techniques to ensure all
students are prepared for certification and business success.
● Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction,
collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in customer relationship management, CRM system
implementation, or administration (minimum 3-5 years).
● HubSpot certification or equivalent expertise in HubSpot CRM administration.
● Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
● Entrepreneurial experience: Must have successfully started and/or run a CRM
consultancy, small business, or freelance operation.
● Familiarity with HubSpot tools such as CRM, marketing automation, sales pipelines,
and customer service features.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email
marketing, and content marketing for small businesses.
● Ability to teach students business development skills, including lead generation, client
management, and pricing strategy.
● Excellent communication, mentorship, and presentation skills.
● Passion for helping students achieve professional certification and entrepreneurial
success.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly or contract-based pay, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
● Part-Time, In-Person
● Daytime classes with flexible scheduling.
● Approximately 2-3 days per week, 3-4 hours per session.
