Responsibilities
- Own learner lifecycle:
- Onboarding → completion → placement → degree conversion
- Build employer relationships and hiring pipelines
- Design career coaching and interview prep systems
- Track placement, wage uplift, and retention
- Coordinate with universities on enrollment handoffs
- Support workforce funding compliance (WIOA, grants, VA)
