Refund Policy For Your Job Training Education At Claim Academy

Claim Academy boot camps and job training classes tuition are as follows:

Immersive Boot Camps are classes that last 14-to-24 weeks. They are in-depth full-time, part-time  courses  which can be taken online or in-person that prepare students to become full stack developers. Courses include completing a project and portfolio, expert instruction and mentoring, networking with potential employers and influentials, participating in Demo Day, and receiving career training and job placement services. Applications for these boot camps are evaluated on a rolling basis, so apply today for the next available cohort. 

*$500 of your payment is nonrefundable.

Paying for boot camps and classes:

Claim Academy accepts cash, check, direct deposit, credit/debit card, or (for one of our immersive boot camps, through a loan obtained by our approved private lenders). Scholarships for our boot camp classes are also available and applied at the end of the program completion. Please note that scholarships applied are subject to our policy. Scholarship recipients must complete and fully comply with our scholarship policies of 95% attendance, 100% of completion of class  assignments and coursework, 95% of soft skill/employer events and workshops. Failure to meet this is an automatic cancellation of the scholarship. The student is therefore responsible for the repayment of the scholarship portion of the tuition or any other unpaid tuition. Boot camp fees are due within 48 hours of acceptance into a course. Seminar, Skills Up, Introduction, and Info Session class fees are due at checkout from an event’s EventBrite page.

All personal information is kept private, and will not be shared with any third party without permission.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Student may cancel their Enrollment Agreement within three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of the date signed by the Student and Claim Academy. Enrollment Agreements cancelled as such will allow the Student to receive a full refund of all monies paid.

REFUND POLICY

After the three-day cancellation period, any Student who withdraws for any reason prior to an immersive boot camp start date or up to one week into the program receives all monies paid returned, except for the non-refundable $150 registration fee.

Refunds after the first week will be pro-rated based on the date of withdrawal in the following amounts:

No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be given after the mid-point of a cohort. Course deposits are non-refundable after the cancellation period.
