Working knowledge of personal computers. In this course, learn how to select parts and build a computer, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade systems hardware. Learn how a processor works, how memory is used and how mobile devices work (Apple or Android). CompTIA® A+ Core 1 and Core 2 covers basic computer hardware, operating system support, networking, Cloud concepts and computer security – exactly the skills that hiring managers want their entry-level workers to bring to the job. Gain insight into multiple operating systems, including Linux, Windows and Mac. Learn fundamental skills to not only secure data, but also troubleshoot and fix software problems.
